If you are a Uni Student, this role is the “bomb”. You can work full-time during your breaks and part-time during semesters, if that is what works for you. Or, if you are thinking of changing careers, training will be provided. You will be working from a daily list of warm leads, ringing past customers and booking appointments for the Business Development Managers, or generating your own leads, if you wish. Your KPI’s and targets are realistic and achievable. The earning potential in this role is endless.
Duties
- Pick up the phone and ring potentional customers to educate them about the services on offer
- Get on the phones and contact past customers to update details & maintain the CRM system
- Book as many appointments as you can for the BDM’s and earn good $$$$, bonuses & commission
Skills and Experience
- Previous Appointment Setting/Lead Gen/Appointment Setting exp preferred, but not essential. Training provided.
- You’re a “people person” with great communication skills
- You’re motivated by results and you love to be rewarded for your efforts
