This role encompasses oversight of various programs such as geotechnical investigations, business development, and stakeholder engagement. The role combines technical leadership with business acumen to drive revenue, client satisfaction, and team performance.

Duties:
- Drive business development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure staff alignment with company goals for growth.
- Promote adherence to company policies and standards.
- Provide technical leadership in geotechnical analysis and design.
- Oversee instrumentation and monitoring services.
- Assist in achieving revenue and cost targets.
- Represent the firm in industry conferences and meetings.
- Lead project collaborations across various offices.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering/ Instrumentation or related field.
- Proven experience in an instrumentation engineering or management position.
- Extensive knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Familiarity with quality and OH&S management systems.
- Established network within the relevant industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driving license and work rights in Australia.
- Ability to foster teamwork and empower staff through coaching.
