Duties:
- Lead and mentor a small team of staff.
- Ensure the gym is clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for member acquisition.
- Identify growth opportunities for club services.
- Create a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Achieve monthly KPIs in sales and member satisfaction.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in sales or business development preferred.
- Genuine passion for fitness and helping others.
- Proficient in social media marketing and content creation.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification required.
- Willingness to undergo background checks (Working With Children Check).
- Valid driver’s license necessary for club operations.
