About the Role:
Growing and dynamic boutique bookkeeping and business advisory firm that provide end to end bookkeeping services and management reporting. They are seeking a proactive and experienced Bookkeeper who will be responsible for the assistance and management of the day-to-day accounts for their clients. This exciting role offers variety in managing all aspects of company’s accounts.

Duties:
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards and merchant facilities
- Raising and reconciliation of sales invoices
- Payroll processing
- Preparation of BAS and IAS
- Process superannuation liabilities via online portal
- End-of-month reconciliation and prepare monthly management reports
- Preparation of budgets and cash-flow reports
- Preparation of end of year working paper files
Skills and Experience:
- A tertiary qualified in accounting or bookkeeping
- 3-4 years professional experience as a bookkeeper or assistant accountant
- Experience working within a professional services business with a broad client base
- Proficiency in Xero and MYOB essential
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Shows initiative
- Exceptional communication skills
