Our client is an award-winning architecture firm with 30 years of experience. They are looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to deliver innovative and sustainable designs that meet their needs. You will have a solid understanding of construction detailing and building systems. You will be responsible for driving project success and high-quality project delivery, while ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties:
- Prepare and coordinate detailed construction documentation across multiple project types.
- Translate design intent into buildable solutions that meet compliance and budget requirements.
- Maintain drawing standards, layer conventions, and file organisation across all deliverables.
- Review and integrate consultant documentation into architectural packages.
- Apply NCC, Australian Standards, and local planning controls to all documentation.
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to resolve documentation queries.
- Attend coordination meetings and contribute to clash detection and resolution.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- Use Revit (or Archicad, as applicable) for all documentation tasks.
Skills and Experience:
- Registered Architect or eligible for registration in Australia.
- 3-5 years’ experience in architectural production and documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and/or ArchiCAD and BIM workflows.
- Solid understanding of construction detailing and building systems.
- Familiarity with NCC, AS standards, and local planning frameworks.
- Clear communicator with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time across multiple projects.
