Duties:
- Find and secure new business opportunities.
- Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prospect through door knocking and cold calling to build lasting client relationships.
- Network and promote the business actively within your area.
- Generate leads via website and customer meetings.
- Assist the sales team in maintaining focus on individual and group targets.
- Help compile tenders and quotes for the sales team.
- Support operations teams with the start-up and implementation of new contracts.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of achieving budgets.
- Self-motivated and resilient, capable of taking on challenges.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and time management.
- Excellent cold calling skills with strategic outreach applications.
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, HubSpot, or other CRM systems.
