They require an experienced and proactive Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordinator to support the day-to-day flow of inventory, liaise with offshore manufacturers, and manage incoming containers. This hands-on role will see you adjust the production and shipping schedule based on customer orders.

Duties:
- Raise purchase orders and communicate with suppliers
- Track and reschedule shipping containers as needed
- Maintain and adjust internal scheduling and production planning
- Coordinate movements of inventory between locations
- Monitor daily customer orders and identify trends
- Adjust production dates and timelines accordingly
- Utilize various systems and spreadsheets efficiently
- Support production planning through accurate reporting
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in purchasing, inventory, logistics, or production planning
- Strong analytical thinking – able to notice patterns
- Comfortable in fast-paced, process-heavy environment
- Quick learner with a knack for variety and complexity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Excel and order systems
- Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team
