Duties:
- Coordinate reminders and follow-up communications to ensure compliance.
- Assist with management of tax and compliance requirements.
- Oversee creation and distribution of the practice newsletter.
- Manage content for social media and articles on the website.
- Lead project management for ongoing website upgrades.
- Handle data entry, bank reconciliations, payroll, super, and BAS.
- Generate financial reports, budgets, and cash flows for clients.
- Ensure client accountability through effective communication practices.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience
- Experience in a tax practice highly advantageous
- Background in a small business administration or client communications.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Exposure to accounting software, particularly Xero or MYOB is highly desirable.
- Strong multitasking and relationship management skills.
- Adaptable personality thriving in a collaborative environment.
