Our client is seeking a self-motivated, vibrant individual who will be a valued part of their high performing team. In this pivotal role, you will manage essential operations ensuring a smooth flow of business while enhancing coordination and development within our client’s dynamic environment.

Duties:

  • Coordinate reminders and follow-up communications to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with management of tax and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of the practice newsletter.
  • Manage content for social media and articles on the website.
  • Lead project management for ongoing website upgrades.
  • Handle data entry, bank reconciliations, payroll, super, and BAS.
  • Generate financial reports, budgets, and cash flows for clients.
  • Ensure client accountability through effective communication practices.

 
Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience 
  • Experience in a tax practice highly advantageous
  • Background in a small business administration or client communications.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Exposure to accounting software, particularly Xero or MYOB is highly desirable.
  • Strong multitasking and relationship management skills.
  • Adaptable personality thriving in a collaborative environment.
