Duties:
- Recruit top talent and foster team retention
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients in NSW, lead proposal development and negotiate contracts
- Ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery
- Oversee project delivery and resource allocation
- Implement risk management strategies for project uncertainty
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial reports
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the engineering consultancy sector, with demonstrated experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in engineering sector, particularly in a leadership role
- Proven ability in business development and client management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets
- Knowledge of NSW regulatory environment and market dynamics
