As an experienced and sales driven go getter, you will be travelling on the road to present product selections to current and new clients to drive business growth. This autonomous role will see you manage the best part of work in Sydney and outer regions, along with attending beautiful locations for their conferences.

Duties:
- Account management and development of client relationships, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and driving value-based outcomes
- Identify, plan and visit potential clients
- Create new sales opportunities and develop existing and new prospects
- Build and maintain positive relationships with high-value clients by responding to client needs and resolving issues
- Assist clients with product selection and prepare quotes and contribute to tender submissions as well as initiating projects by introducing business opportunities
- Develop and present product and sales training to stakeholders
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales and/or business development in medical industry with proven sales ability
- Previous experience in the Eye Care industry is highly advantageous
- Target-driven with sales acumen to build new business and exceed sales targets
- Highest standard of customer service and relationship building skills
- A passionate, positive, and vibrant individual able to motivate others and think outside the square
- Advanced written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Self-Starter and go getter individual who needs to ‘win’
- Current Australian Drivers licence
