About the Role
My client is looking for an experienced warehouse manager to lead and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch while maintaining high customer service standards. Manage and develop the warehouse team, streamline workflows, and maintain safety and compliance standards. Responsible for stocktakes, SLA adherence, and ensuring all warehouse operations run smoothly. You may also be required to assist with deliveries, so an open driver’s license is essential.

Duties:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics
- Lead and train the warehouse team for efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time to meet SLA requirements
- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain workplace safety, compliance, and efficient workflow
- Assist with deliveries when required
Skills and Experience:
- Min. 2 years’ experience in warehouse management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff
- Knowledge of stock control, inventory systems, and SLA management
- Open driver’s license (required for occasional deliveries)
- Hands-on role – must be willing to work alongside the team in daily warehouse operations
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and customer service skills
