About the Role;
Our client is based in the South East of Melbourne where sustainability is at the heart of what they do.
This role would be ideal for someone who is bubbly and friendly and enjoys the rewards of helping people in a customer centric based position. Working alongside a great team you will be the first point of contact for all queries.
We are looking for someone who has a natural flair for talking, emailing and dealing with clients over the phone and via email with professionalism and accuracy.

Duties:
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Managing the queries email inbox
- Data entry and updates of in-house database
- Assisting the administration team when required
- General office day to day duties
- Ownership of the reception area
Skills and Experience:
- Can show reception and/or customer service experience 2+ years
- A fun attitude, with a willingness to deliver exceptional customer service
- IT savvy with databases and ideally CRM
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel,
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
