A well-established and growing food manufacturer supplying major retailers is seeking an experienced Production Operator to join their fast-paced team in Morningside. This is a hands-on role working closely with the Production Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly on a fully automated production line.
About the Role
- Assist the Production Supervisor with day-to-day operations
- Operate and monitor production equipment, including hoppers, chillers, and packaging machines
- Help resolve machinery issues and minimise downtime – we want someone who can think on their feet
- Follow strict food safety and quality procedures
- Complete production paperwork and documentation as required
What We’re Looking For
- 2 – 3 years previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong mechanical aptitude – someone who can help troubleshoot minor machinery issues
- Good communicator with a can-do attitude – no passengers here!
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Comfortable working in a high-output facility (2000+ units/hour)

- Level 4 Award Rate – $26.70/hr + casual loading + super
