An exciting and challenging role is now available for an experienced and highly driven Medical Sales Representative, who will be responsible for establishing, developing, and managing a dedicated Territory across Sydney Central, Southern Sydney, South Coast and the ACT. As a sales professional, you will identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders and promote and sell a wide variety of medical products, including capital equipment and FMCG products. The successful candidate will need to be a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and excellent relationship management skills.

Duties and responsibilities;
- Analyze sales and market data and set measurable project objectives
- Develop and execute territorial sales plan on a quarterly basis
- Maintain a Weekly Call Planner of appointments
- Manage product mix to achieve divisional sales and marketing objectives
- Identify and develop target accounts to exceed individual product budgets
- Attend industry expos, conferences and trade shows
- Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management
- Develop business plans which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategies
- Exercise effective time and territory management to ensure customers are contacted and seen on a regular basis
- Budget and control expenses and adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated Business Development experience in the Medical Equipment/Supply industry
- Experienced in hospital based sales, including surgeons and operating theatres
- Strong track record of accomplishments and sales success
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
- Highly driven, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Be able to plan and manage your own appointments and schedules
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Strong commercial acumen and accountability, with the ability to analyse data and make data driven decisions
- Sound computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems
- Current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
- Be available to travel throughout your Territory as required
- MUST have full working rights in Australia
