About the Role:

A newly created opportunity is now available for an experienced Administration Assistant, who is skilled in Graphic Design, Social Media and Website Design improvements. This will be a varied role, supporting the Head of Sales & Marketing, in areas such as coordinating photographs of work in progress and completed projects, uploading photos and videos to social media platforms, maintaining the company website and maintaining the brand assets of the business. In addition, you will be required to assist with Administration functions, such as maintenance of the Companies CRM, producing proposals for the sales team and general office functions, as required.

Duties:
- Graphic Design & Product Development, including pricelists, brochures, capability statements
- Undertake Website design and improvements
- Produce photos and videos of completed and in progress projects and custom manufactured items
- Management of Social Media accounts – Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- Produce proposals for the Sales team showing past projects won and completed
- Maintenance of brand assets including capability videos and statements.
- Maintain the CRM Database
- Produce sample boards to current projects
- General administration such as answering calls, actioning emails and managing stationary and kitchen supplies
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated administration skills and experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Graphics, Website and Social Media marketing concepts
- Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite, ERP Systems & Canva
- Demonstrated experience in Website updates and maintenance
- Creative eye and passion for detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational & multitasking abilities
- MUST be living in Australia and have full AU working rights. This position is not suitable to candidates requiring sponsorship
