About the Role:

An excellent opportunity is now available for a confident, energetic person, who has excellent communication, administration and IT skills and a problem-solving mindset. This is a busy role, where you will be actively participating in Internal Sales functions, including sales administration, handling inbound and outbound calls, servicing new and existing customers, responding to customer product enquiries, providing quotations, processing payments, database maintenance and overall management of customer expectations.
We are looking for someone who loves a challenge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and remains calm under pressure. You will have communication down to a fine art and the ability to easily adapt and pivot to wherever and whatever is required to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Duties:
- Cultivate a customer-centric approach by efficiently actioning customer requests & enquiries over the phone and via email
- Take time to learn the diverse product portfolio & become a trusted resource for customers.
- Ensure quote requests are actioned with priority & followed up in a timely manner
- Follow up on leads and gather accurate customer information
- Support Sales Executives with proposals and quotations
- Manage relationships with a new and existing network of customers
- Track orders, follow up with production to ensure delivery deadlines can be met
- Keep customers informed of any changes or delays
- Resolve customer issues or complaints
- Ensure all relevant product/order details are accurately entered into the ERP system
- Make relevant outbound calls as required
- Streamline order processing with meticulous attention to detail.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a sales support/customer service role
- A knowledge of the printing, labels or flexible packaging industry will be highly regarded
- Be someone who is a positive, productive & a conducive team member
- High level of Computer literacy including MS Office, Google platforms & ERP systems
- Ability to take ownership of each enquiry, understanding the customer’s needs & actioning effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task effectively, with an excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
- Professional manner and the ability to utilise your initiative
- High level time management & excellent organizational skills
