About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing business providing innovative digital solutions to the automotive smash repair industry. Their online platform makes it easier for repairers to access accurate information about repair materials, helping workshops save time, reduce costs, and improve repair quality.
A newly created role is now available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, to join their growing team. This role focuses on promoting and selling a specialised online platform to smash repair businesses across Australia. You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, handling both warm and cold leads, preparing quotes, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience and a passion for customer service to join a company offering a unique and valuable product to the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Auto-Body Repair industry to promote, demonstrate and sell the online platform.
- Handle inbound enquiries and be the first point of contact for potential customers
- Proactively generate new business through warm and cold calling
- Provide accurate and timely quotes for clients
- Present and promote an online platform to smash repair businesses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the industry
- Manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using a CRM system
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and support customer onboarding
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve services and solutions
- Be the product expert, providing level one technical support to end users, where required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in handling phone-based sales (inbound and outbound)
- Ability to prepare and present quotes professionally
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of the automotive or smash repair industry (desirable but not essential)
- High level computer literacy and ability to learn new online platforms quickly
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- MUST be living in Australia and have full working rights. This position is NOT suitable to candidates requiring sponsorship.
