Our client is the exclusive ANZ distributor of a market leading online system, designed to provide repair methods for smash repairs via a user-friendly interface.  It offers a quick and easy way to access vital technical information needed for safe and cost-effective vehicle repairs. 
  
An exciting opportunity is now available for a self-motivated, sales focused individual, to take ownership of this role and contribute to the expansion and success of the business on a national basis.  You will be responsible for engaging with the Auto-Body Repair industry, including insurance companies, repair shops and suppliers, building relationships and promoting and selling this exclusive online platform.  This role will see you as the first point of contact, leading sales and marketing activities and providing Tier 1 technical product support.

Duties:

  • Engage with the Auto-Body Repair industry to promote, demonstrate and sell the online platform.
  • Build Brand Awareness through outbound sales, meeting local businesses and industry representatives and attending trade networking events.
  • Be the first point of contact providing Tier 1 technical/product support 
  • Maintain relationships and regular communications with insurance companies, suppliers and trade specialists.
  • Communicate planned activities ahead of time and report on the performance against set targets. 
  • Collect and report feedback on process or technical improvements that may increase user engagement and improve the use of the platform.
  • Attend approved industry meetings, promotional and training events required to promote and sell subscriptions to the platform.

Skills and Experience:

  • Hungry, go-getter, with a can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial sales role, including cold calling and relationship selling.
  • High level people skills with the ability to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technology and administration skills with the ability to utilise various software systems such as; Google docs, MS suite, teams and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable with Technology and online platforms, with the ability to provide Tier 1 technical support.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, targets and KPI’s.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven Sales success, with the ability to identify revenue or member opportunities for the group.
  • Well-presented, relationship-driven, and outgoing personality.
  • MUST be living in Australia and have full working rights.  This position is NOT suitable to candidates requiring sponsorship.
