As a result of ongoing growth and success, we are now seeking a self-motivated, commercially astute individual, who can fill the role of Sales and Operations support for the WA region. Working closely with the Sales Manager, this diverse role will see you undertaking sales calls and customer appointments, with both new and existing clients, processing high volume orders and undertaking pick/pack and receipt and dispatch of goods.

Duties:
- Actively Create brand awareness and generate revenue by undertaking sales calls and promoting products to new and existing customers.
- Provide professional customer service by addressing client enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Receive and process high volume orders via phone and email
- Pick/Pack, check orders for quality control and arrange dispatch
- Visit and engage with customers and industry members to strengthen relationships
- Attend industry events, trade shows and expo’s, as required
- Continually conduct activities to stimulate and generate revenue opportunities
- Review, monitor and report on competitor industry activities and trends.
- Meet agreed Company targets and KPI’s set by the Board in relation to this role.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years Commercial experience in the Automotive Trade, Supplier or Automotive Solutions sector.
- High level people skills with the ability to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders.
- High level computer skills, with the ability to use current documents, upload reports and manage the storage portal as required.
- Flexible attitude and a willingness to do whatever is required to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Advanced organizational skills to manage and meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven Sales success, with the ability to identify revenue or member opportunities for the group.
- Well-presented, relationship-driven, and outgoing personality.
- MUST be living in Australia and have full working rights. This position is NOT suitable to candidates requiring sponsorship.
