About the Role

A position is now available for an experienced Property Management Administration Assistant who will be responsible for supporting 2 or 3 Property Managers on daily basis. Responsibilities will include, drafting and preparation of lease documents, invoicing, arranging quotes for maintenance and repairs, disbursements reports etc. Suitable candidates must have Real Estate Administration experience for this role.

Duties:
- Assist Property Managers in the day-to-day management of a varied commercial portfolio.
- Provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth management of commercial, industrial, and retail assets.
- Help manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Support lease management, renewals, and rent collections.
- Arrange quotes for repairs and maintenance and arrange work orders.
- Use GOAT software to monitor and update property details, maintenance requests, and financial tracking.
- Provide shared general administration tasks as required; such as answering calls, attending to visitors, collecting/posting mail etc
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in property management, Commercial preferred but we will consider Residential
- Familiarity with GOAT or similar property management software.
- Confident, professional manner with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Current REIV Certificate preferable
- MUST be in Australia and have full Australian Working Rights
