About the Role

A position is now available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager who will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of up to 150 Commercial and Industrial properties. Suitable candidates should have a passionate and proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and exceptional customer services and results.

Duties:
- Monitor and manage Lease obligations (e.g. tenant induction, lease option & expiry preparation, etc)
- Annual budget reconciliations & forecasts and the ongoing invoicing to tenants for outgoings etc
- Fully maintain rental files including accurate notes.
- Arrears management
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Entry, Exit Condition reports
- Handle repairs & maintenance for properties
- Issue rental invoices & monitor rental arrears
- Preparation of weekly reports for Management
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in commercial property management.
- Proven expertise in managing diverse portfolios, including retail and commercial properties
- Familiarity with GOAT or similar property management software.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and tenants, including high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Current REIV & Police Check essential
- MUST be in Australia and have full Australian Working Rights
