About the Role:
  
Our client is a well established industry body, who work together to represent their Members in achieving workplace improvements, negotiate for better wages and conditions, as well as offering important services such as legal advice, worker’s compensation support and unfair treatment at work. 

They are now seeking a skilled, dedicated Administration Assistant who has an extremely high attention to detail, to be a part of the Membership Team and be responsible for maintaining and updating their extensive database, reconciling Member payments and generating various reports for management.

Duties:

  • High volume data entry role
  • Update, delete and make amendments to Member details
  • Enter New Member details, ensuring accuracy of records
  • Reconcile Member payments & audit Member records
  • Generate reports for analysis and distribution by Management
  • Relieving reception / switchboard as required
  • Assisting mail room as required
  • General office duties (filing, photocopying, scanning)

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years Office Administration experience
  • Experience in a high volume data entry, records management role will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow instructions and utilise imitative
  • Positive attitude and an excellent team player
  • High level of Typing proficiency
  • Well-mannered phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • MUST be an Australian Resident with full working rights
