About the Role
Our client is a multiple Award winning organisation with based in South East Qld and NSW. They boast having a Team of specialists, who are extremely passionate about Mortgage Broking and relish being able to help clients to fulfil their dreams.
Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking a self-motivated, professional individual who can support their team of Brokers. You will be working within the client services team and be responsible for reviewing loan documentation to ensure all information is correct, meeting with the client online or face to face to go through their documents, emailing Solicitors and ensuring you have all documents in readiness for Settlement. The role requires a high attention to detail, the ability to use your initiative and professional client interaction.

Duties:
- Communicate with Customers, Brokers and Solicitors via phone and email
- Monitor email inbox for formal approval notifications
- Review loan documentation to ensure correct client details
- Conduct client meetings via Google Meets, Phone or Face to Face to review loan documentation
- Liaise with Solicitors regarding funds to complete
- Monitor and keep loan applications on track through to settlement
Skills and Experience:
- High level Customer service & Administration experience
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Extremely strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle & respond to a high volume of email communications
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude
- Quick learner, who is proactive and self-motivated
- High level of computer proficiency
- Be available to work Mon, Tues & Fri, 9am to 5pm
