About the Role:
In operation since 1988, our client is proud to be a quality Australian owned business, who has grown substantially over the years and now have operations in NSW, VIC and the ACT.  They are passionate about the quality of their work and with on-site manufacturing facilities, they can proudly deliver outstanding bespoke joinery projects throughout these regions. 

A newly created opportunity is now available for an experienced Administration Assistant, who also has skills in SEO and Social Media Marketing.  We see this role as being 50% Marketing, such as coordinating photographs of work in progress and completed projects, uploading photo’s and video’s to various social media platforms and maintaining the company website; Plus, 50% Project Administration, such as following up on progress claims, preparing progress reports, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and supporting the Project Team.  This position can be either full time or part time.

Duties:

  • Create and maintain construction schedules for projects
  • Maintain strong ongoing working relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Assist Finance with follow up on progress claim payments
  • Ensure project compliance with specifications, client requests contracts, regulations, and authority requirements
  • Obtain videos and photographs of finished projects, work in progress and the factory in action, to use for weekly social media posts across all platforms
  • Website design and maintenance (Squarespace website)
  • Build strong internal and external relationships with all Stakeholders
  • Assist Project Managers with general administration functions as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated administration skills and experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in SEO and Social Media marketing concepts
  • Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite & Canva
  • Website updates and maintenance
  • Creative eye and passion for detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Excellent organisational & multitasking abilities
  • MUST be living in Australia and have full AU working rights
