The Ideal Candidate:
- Seasoned Pro: At least 3 years of experience in a business management or senior sales manager/training role.
- Inspirational Leader: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to success.
- Communications Virtuoso: Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with a dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Credentialed and Capable: Certificate IV in Real Estate or equivalent essential, with a valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of Agent Box, Activepipe, Corelogic and other Real Estate programs preferrable.
- Fluent and Flexible: Proficient in English with full working rights in Australia and the ability to work weekends where required.
