About the Role:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the organisation’s strategic direction and driving growth across both residential and in‑home care services. You will work closely with the Board to identify opportunities, strengthen governance, and build organisational capability.
Your focus will include expanding the in‑home care division, enhancing service offerings, and ensuring the organisation is well positioned for future demand. With operational functions managed by an experienced Operations Manager, your role centres on leadership, strategy, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow both residential and in‑home care services
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and service diversification
- Lead the growth of in‑home care operations across Sydney and Melbourne
- Provide high‑level leadership and ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational delivery
