What you’ll find yourself doing:
As a Warehouse Storeperson, you’ll be a key part of the operations team—responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching orders with precision and care. You’ll work closely with the Operations and Order Fulfilment Manager and contribute to continuous improvement as the business grows.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Maintain high presentation standards—neat packaging, straight labels, clean shelves
- Receive and dispatch goods, including loading/unloading trucks and containers
- Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet wrapping machines
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient
- Collaborate with the team to improve systems and workflows
- Communicate clearly to track order progress and meet delivery deadlines
What You’ll Bring:
- Forklift license (essential)
- Driver’s license (preferred)
- Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or production (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and stay active throughout the day
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and freight platforms
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in presentation
- Great communication and teamwork skills
