Our client is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to join a growing team and drive client success across New South Wales.

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within your territory.

This is a field-based, client-facing role, where you’ll spend most of your time on the road engaging with customers and delivering tailored solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Drive revenue growth and identify upselling opportunities
  • Execute account strategies to expand product and service offerings
  • Conduct regular client meetings (face-to-face and virtual)
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience in account management or B2B sales
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Ability to travel regularly for client meetings
