Currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales to join the team. This is a dynamic role that involves delivering outstanding customer service to a loyal customer base while supporting the broader sales and operations team. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships
- Develop a strong understanding of steel products and service offerings
- Accurately process orders, quotes, and invoices
- Handle front desk duties and general office administration
- Conduct product research and assist with stock takes
- Stay informed of market trends and contribute to sales initiatives
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service within industrial, construction, or steel-related sectors
- Completion of Year 12 (VCE or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
- Confident with numbers and accurate with data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general admin systems
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
