We are recruiting a hands-on Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the People & Culture team of an ASX-listed IT company – cyber and managed services provider.
You will assist in the recruitment activities from sourcing through to onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, plus external recruitment partners to secure quality talent. A key part of the role will be proactively identifying and engaging candidates for high-volume, technical and difficult-to-fill positions (Cyber & MSP).
This opportunity would suit an experienced Recruitment Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Consultant who enjoys being hands-on, can manage multiple vacancies and is confident operating in a busy environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical, corporate and operational roles.
- Conduct high-volume candidate sourcing, screening and recruitment activities.
- Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, headhunting, networking and database searches.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide practical recruitment advice.
- Work collaboratively with the company’s external recruitment partners.
- Prepare engaging job advertisements and targeted sourcing campaigns.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers and onboarding activities.
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and spreadsheets.
- Assist with improving recruitment processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Support broader People & Culture projects and initiatives as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Coordinator.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume sourcing and recruitment campaigns.
- Experience recruiting IT, technology or cyber security professionals will be highly regarded.
- Agency recruitment experience combined with exposure to internal recruitment would be advantageous.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills, including direct search and proactive outreach.
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A polished, professional and approachable communication style.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative capability.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
- A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach.
- The flexibility to assist during periods of increased recruitment activity.
