About the Role
Our client is seeking both Gardeners and Landscapers, or individuals with skills across both disciplines, to join their growing team across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Our client specialises in aged care landscaping & maintenance gardening and lawncare.
Working as a Groundskeeper – Gardener & Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscaped environments across multiple sites. You will report to an on-site Team Leader and work closely with a small, experienced crew in a hands-on role that offers variety, stability, and long-term opportunity.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain landscaped grounds and garden areas
- Mowing, edging, snipping, and general turf maintenance
- Weeding, mulching, planting, and soil preparation
- Pruning, sweeping, and general site presentation
- Litter collection and site cleanliness
- Assist with chemical application where required
- Safe operation of vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Support team members to maintain high-quality outcomes across sites
Skills & Experience
- Certificate in Horticulture or relevant hands-on industry experience
- Landscaping experience highly regarded
- Current valid manual driver’s licence – essential
- White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate) – required
- Chemical Application Licence (advantageous)
- First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check
- Police Check required upon commencement
- Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
