Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to step into a key leadership position for a 12-month parental leave contract starting in November 2025. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer – Cyber, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, and operational finance across a dynamic, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting process across the Cyber and Spirit business units.
- Lead, mentor and support a high-performing finance team.
- Deliver meaningful insights and analysis to guide commercial decisions and improve performance.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Support broader strategic initiatives, including M&A activity and investment analysis.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- 7+ years’ experience in a senior finance role, ideally as Finance Manager or Financial Controller.
- Proven leadership of finance teams with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis capabilities.
- Solid understanding of compliance, audit, and financial risk management.
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate numbers into business insight.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar. CPA, CA, MBA or CFA preferred.
