About the Role
As a Junior Property Manager, you will support the Team Leader in managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, while developing your skills and industry knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the management of commercial and industrial properties
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance requests and property inspections
- Supporting lease administration and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
About You
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and eager to grow within the property industry.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in property management (commercial/industrial highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
