Join our client as an experienced plumber where you will manage a variety of plumbing projects across residential and commercial sites. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery as you handle emergency plumbing, gas repairs, and installations. Directly report to the Director and contribute to maintaining our reputation for top-notch customer service. You will need to think independently on-site, communicate effectively with clients, and charge appropriately for labour and materials.

Duties:
- Manage plumbing projects independently
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs
- Prepare accurate quotes for work to be completed
- Conduct repairs for blocked drains and leaks
- Install and maintain gas, solar, and electric hot water systems
- Ensure all work is compliant with safety regulations
- Provide high-quality customer service consistently
- Complete necessary paperwork for jobs and billing
Skills and Experiences:
- Current QBCC plumbing license required
- Manual driver’s license needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Attention to detail with a positive attitude
- Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing
- Police clearance certificate needed
- Cert in plumbing or civil an advantage
