Duties
·     Promote products and services to existing and potential customers
·     Build and strengthen key customer relationships, identify opportunities for sales growth and added value to an existing customer base
·     Investigate, qualify and prioritise new business opportunities
·     Work to achieve agreed sales targets, generating business through face-to-face appointments and networking
·     Build trusting relationships with customers through solutions-based sales and after sales service
·     Provide accurate reporting to management identifying sales activities, achievements and opportunities 
·     Always demonstrate company values and ethics
 
Skills & Experience
·       Demonstrated Business Development experience in the machinery/technical industry
·       Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
·       Highly driven, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets 
·       Ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships
·       Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
·       Sound computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems
·       Current drivers licence
