They are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join the dynamic team. 
 
The Role 
 
As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll manage leads, educate potential customers on our product range, and convert opportunities into long-term clients. 
 
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, with no weekend or public holiday work. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. 
  • Proactively engage with existing accounts to identify new opportunities and drive growth. 
  • Research and onboard potential customers through various sales channels. 
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM and ERP systems. 
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. 
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and create seamless customer experiences. 
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity. 
  • Actively participate in professional development and share knowledge with the team. 

Skills & Characteristics 

  • Personable and clearly spoken in English. 
  • Fanatical attention to detail and accuracy (including grammar & spelling). 
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. 
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage time effectively. 
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team mindset. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal sales or similar sales roles. 
  • Formal sales training is highly regarded. 
  • Own vehicle/reliable transport.
