About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Delivery Manager to join their Managed Services team. This role is critical in overseeing the delivery of IT projects and services for their clients, ensuring seamless execution, strong stakeholder engagement, and technical excellence. You will act as the bridge between our technical teams and clients, driving service outcomes, and managing delivery from initiation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services and projects within the MSP environment.
- Coordinate technical teams to ensure client expectations, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing updates on project and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and reporting across multiple projects.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve client objectives.
About You
- Proven experience in a Technical Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or similar role within an MSP.
- Strong background in IT project delivery, service management, and client engagement.
- Expertise in CISCO Networking (especially Meraki, SASE, or SD-WAN frameworks)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- ITIL certification or project management credentials (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) will be highly regarded.
