About the Role/Employer  
With over 27 years of experience, our client offers state-of-the-art commercial and residential carpet and upholstery cleaning services. They’re seeking an experienced Administrator/Project Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, schedule jobs, dispatch technicians and liaise with all parties.  Your past experience will ensure you have your finger on the pulse at all times.

  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that jobs are completed on time & within budget, and to provide updates on the progress of each job.
  • Coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, including scheduling appointments, ordering materials and equipment, managing technicians & their schedules, & ensure that all safety procedures are followed & all necessary permits and documentation are in order.
  • Manage records of each job, including the materials used, labour costs, & other relevant information, & ensure that they are accurate & up to date.
  • Monitor the inventory of equipment and materials to ensure that there is an adequate supply on hand, & work to replenish any items that are running low.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided by the company, including following up with customers, addressing any concerns or complaints, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage office supplies & equipment.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an admin/scheduling or coordinator role 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to show empathy and communicate on all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
  • Experience with Service Mate software advantageous, but not essential
