You will manage the installation process and actively identify any safety risks.

Duties:
- Perform hands-on installation tasks and mid-sized project management.
- Set out accurate, square, and level sandwich panel installations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management for updates.
- Adhere to site-specific OH&S and JSA protocols.
- Utilize machinery and tools for efficient project completion.
- Identify and report safety risks before they escalate.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Valid Driver’s License is essential.
- Current White Card for site safety compliance.
- Strong understanding of manual handling practices.
- Experience with safe operation of various hand and powered tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills.
- Relevant construction experience in first and second fix carpentry.
- Ability to uphold a strong Safety-First attitude in all tasks.
- Preferred certifications in Forklift, Working at Heights, and Elevated Work Platforms.
