Duties:
- Assist in helping with club management responsibilities
- Support staff to achieve performance goals
- Ensure membership targets are met and engage with new members and sales opportunities
- Help maintain club cleanliness to a high standard
- Oversee equipment maintenance and functionality
- Foster a positive team environment for all members
Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and rapport building skills for member interactions
- Background in sales or business development highly regarded
- Competent computer literacy skills
- Positive, bubbly disposition fitting the club culture
- Willingness to undertake required training.
- Good ability to work collaboratively with the team
