About the Role
Our client is an industry leading Australian-owned relocation company servicing both Australian and International customers. As a Junior Sales Administrator you will be self-motivated, highly organised with exceptional administration skills and a passion for excellence in customer service.
This is a pivotal role in the business, responsible for supporting valued clients (new and existing) and managing customer enquiries. The successful candidate must be someone who knows the importance of customer experience and someone who can combine their interpersonal skills, attention to detail and passion for customer care.

Duties:
- Answer and direct customer phone calls and emails, attend to general customer enquiries quickly
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Manage customer orders as required
- Identify sales leads and pass on to the Sales team
- Manage customer concerns and resolve issues
- Assist with general administration, office-keeping duties and tasks as required
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service role within transport or similar industry
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Solutions-focused and ability to problem solve
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to prioritise workload along with good time management skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
