About the Role:
Established for over 30 years, our client is a professional market leader in the provision of commercial cleaning, environmental protection, landscaping, site security cameras, temporary fencing for a wide range of companies throughout Australia.
  
An excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic National Sales Manager to join their supportive and dynamic team. This varied role will see you focus on developing sales strategies, manage and grow a national sales team, oversee and develop key client relationships and nurture existing customer relationships.

Duties:

  • To recruit and train additional sales team members (throughout Australia) to increase the company representation in key markets
  • To support and assist the National Marketing Manager in devising and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • To develop and manage local area marketing programs
  • To foster new client relationships and establish new customers
  • To develop the sales team and improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • To increase sales in accordance with budgeted expectations and strategies set by the Board of Directors

   Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role and B2B sales
  • Ideally a background in commercial cleaning, waste management, or security industry
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Leadership experience and looking to take the next step in your career
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Sounds computer literacy
  • Confident negotiation and problem solving skills
