About the role:
Industry leading specialised cybersecurity company that combines a customer-first consulting approach with next-generation security technology. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a high level of administrative, secretarial and project support duties managing organisational priorities, ensuring the smooth running of the office. Using your exceptional communication skills and outgoing personality, you will build relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.

Duties:

  • Be the go-to person for all internal enquiries relating to the senior executive team
  • Managing email inbox for the management team to ensure new items are categorised, coordinate appointments and manage meetings
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders
  • Assist with project planning and mapping for the business
  • Prepare required content for Leadership and Board meetings
  • Prepare documents, presentations and spreadsheets as required
  • Draft responses to internal and external stakeholders and service providers
  • Assist with travel bookings and co-ordination of meeting rooms and venue hires for off-site meetings  

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years executive administration experience
  • Previous EA/Operations Management experience within a business with significant stakeholder experience 
  • Advanced computer literacy skills including competency in Office 365: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience in sorting and analysing data and preparing reports
  • High attention to detail and high emotional intelligence
  • Excellent phone manner and written communication skills 
  • Experience in using Dynamics and Salesforce highly regarded, along with the ability to interpret data
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
