About the Role
Join us as the Service Manager and become the driving force behind our HVAC service division! Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll lead a talented team of technicians, ensuring we deliver outstanding customer service and complete all service and maintenance tasks with excellence.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate the service team to optimise productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise and schedule service calls, ensuring timely responses and superior workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide customized HVAC solutions.
- Oversee the maintenance of service vehicles, ensuring all tools and equipment are adequately stocked and in optimal condition.
- Deliver on-the-job training and mentorship to service technicians to continuously enhance their skills and expertise.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all service activities and generate detailed reports for management.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Skills and Experience:
- At minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HVAC service management role within the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of technicians to provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities for addressing complex HVAC issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and industry best practices.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Proficiency in HVAC-specific software and tools for job scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
- Additional Electrical and Plumbing qualification will be a plus
