About the Role
  
This business is going from strength to strength with leads rolling in, from various new marketing strategies implemented in the last 18 months.  

Reporting directly to the Sales Director,  this is a role for a keen Business Development Manager/Closer that can discover and convert quality leads for the external sales team.  Working at the high level corporate accounts.

Duties:

  • Following up on all leads and sales enquiries
  • Creating quality sales appointments for the external sales team
  • Creating and maintaining excellent client relationships via the phone
  • Participating in market qualifying for inbound and outbound leads
  • Managing and updating all external appointments with leads and sales staff.
  • Following up of all sales proposals
  • Working in with the customer service, design, estimating and quoting team  

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a successful sales generator/BDM
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship builder skills
  • Can close deals/hot leads over the phone
  • A natural ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
  • Multi tasker with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Technically savvy, can practically use all Microsoft Suite and CRM applications
  • A fun, can do, open and honest attitude
  • Reliable, with a great work ethic
