About the Role:
Established in 2007, our client is wholly Australian owned and operated and are the sole distributors for a range of high-quality unique baby products, that are designed to make parents’ lives easier. They have grown rapidly in this time and now boast a portfolio of top-end, international and local brands that are distributed throughout Australasia.
They are now on the lookout for a creative, dynamic and experienced digital marketing pro, who has a minimum of 2 years’ eCommerce experience in a multi-brand environment. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will see you responsible for maximisising engagement and conversion across the B2B and B2C markets. through online marketing campaigns, managing social platforms, ensuring SEO-friendly copy and optimising eCommerce sites for all 9 brands in the business
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has relevant Tertiary Qualifications, along with 2 to 3 years’ experience in the eCommerce environment and is looking to continue to advance their digital marketing career.

Duties:
- Develop & execute digital marketing campaigns across paid channels; Google Ads, Meta, Amazon etc
- Oversee & optimise eCommerce platforms (Shopify)
- Implement SEO Strategies & content updates across websites & eCommerce platforms
- Plan, create & execute eDM campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, catering to B2B & B2C audiences
- Measure, report on digital marketing initiatives ensuring they align with commercial objectives
- Conduct market research and stay on top of industry trends
Skills and Experience:
- Qualification in Marketing or related discipline with a 2 to 3 years’ experience in an eCommerce role
- Experience in a wholesale distribution business OR a genuine passion & interest to work in the baby products sector
- Strong digital strategy development & data analysis
- Knowledge of digital trends, along with SEO experience, channel optimisation & web analytics
- Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, email automation workflows & Campaign Monitor highly regarded
- Amazon campaign & Ad experience (highly regarded)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- This role is NOT suitable to candidates who require Sponsorship to work in AU
