About the role:
Our client is a wholly owned Australian business, who are one of the leading importers/wholesalers of automotive spare parts in Australia. With warehousing facilities in 4 states in Australia, their success is attributed to their wealth of experience and their team of professional staff who work alongside their suppliers to exceed the expectations of their customers.
Due to their success, their warehouse team is growing, and they are now looking for two Pick & Packers to support their order fulfilment operation. You will be allocating and retrieving goods, picking and packing customer orders and assisting with general warehouse duties. Accuracy, attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting a team environment, along a high degree of organisational skills will set you apart from the rest.

- Hours Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm with paid overtime & some Saturday’s available
Duties:
- Pick and pack orders as per customer and client requirements
- Ensure all orders are correct and pick packed efficiently
- Lifting products up to 20kg
- Unpacking and storing items in the correct locations
- Order consolidation and despatch
- Participate in stocktakes
- Prepare, receive and dispatch orders
Skills and Experience:
- Self-motivated and takes pride in their work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to follow and understand written instructions
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift 20kgs
- Manual handling experience
- Exceptional time management skills as well as an excellent attendance record
- Team player
- A safety conscious mindset and commitment to Health & Safety
- Attention to detail coupled with good numerical and verbal skills
- Current forklift licence ideal but not essential
- MUST have full Australian Working Rights
