About the Role:
Our client is a boutique firm who have been in operation for over 10 years and provides mobile and technology solutions to Hospitality and Allied industries, across areas such as Point of Sale, Inventory, Front Office and Back Office support.  

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an interest or aptitude for Technology, above average communication skills and who has experience working in F&B within the Hospitality industry.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Remote and On-Site Help Desk Support across a range of products and services. You will need to be a self-motivated, results-driven, customer-focused individual, who has the ability to work autonomously and ensure timely response and resolution of any issues that pass through the support centre.

  • Being the first point of call for questions/queries for new and established customers
  • Provide remote and on-site technical help and support
  • Undertake installation of new products and services where required
  • Identify and manage escalated tickets
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
  • Keep in depth records of communications with customers

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in the Hospitality industry
  • Experience in a help desk type role or an aptitude for Technology 
  • High level of problem solving ability
  • Ability to work flexibly and adaptively and meet deadlines
  • High level communication skills both verbal and written
  • Customer focused 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work after hours & a weekend “on-call” roster approx. once per month
  • MUST be living in the Brisbane region and have full Australian Working Rights
