About the Role:
Our Client is a highly successful local manufacturing business who have been in operation since 1969. With a market share of 80% in South East Qld and beyond, they are continuing to go through a strategic growth phase throughout all States of Australia and into NZ.

Due to continued growth and success, they are now seeking a suitably qualified, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of the Group’s marketing strategies.  Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this busy, challenging role will see you working on a variety of projects, including print, digital marketing, social media content, website maintenance, print media and events, with the ultimate aim to increase brand awareness in the industry.

Duties:

  • Build strong internal relationships to actively reinforce & promote the Group’s branding
  • Design and create content for the network and internal stakeholders utilising various marketing platforms and authorising tools such as digital, print, signage, and market collateral
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage in conjunction with key stakeholders’ organisational events including promotional events, trade shows and exhibitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, print media and events
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and target audience preferences
  • Implementation of network-based marketing initiatives via HubSpot CRM

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience or equivalent in a similar role
  • Degree of Diploma in Marketing or related discipline
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms – including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of graphic design software & content management systems
  • Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite
  • CRM and email marketing experience
  • Creative eye and passion for detail
  • Excellent organisational & multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
