About the Role;
  
Our client is a centrally based boutique Gold Coast Agency, who have developed a fantastic reputation in their local area, based on their honesty, integrity and outstanding customer service. 
  
This newly created position would suit a self-motivated, mature, enthusiastic individual, who is looking for a stable role, offering a variety of duties and the opportunity to work with a great team.  The role offers a variety of duties, including being the first point of contact on the phones and at reception, back up for the Property Management team and Administration support to the Operations Manager and the Principal.  We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, excellent customer service and administration experience and high level computer skills. 

Whilst previous experience in Real Estate is an advantage, it is not essential for this role, however the successful applicant will be required to complete the REIQ Course.

Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting clients at reception
  • Answering and directing incoming calls 
  • Data entry and maintenance of internal database
  • Assisting the property management team
  • Collect and processing incoming and outgoing communications
  • Assist the Operations Manager and Principal with day to day duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive Reception and Office Administration experience.
  • A flexible attitude, with a willingness to pitch in wherever required
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet company deadlines
  • Experience in real estate or similar is an advantage, however not essential 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and pride in personal and professional appearance
  • This role is NOT suitable to individuals who are not living on the Gold Coast or do not have permanent working rights.
